Can I switch between programs?

Yes, for $27 a month you have access to all of the above programs and can switch any time between programs using the link provided upon sign up as well as on this page.

 

How do I switch programs?

Click on a program, put in the email you used to sign up for the app and hit assign. It will automatically assign to you in the app.

Do I start from the beginning of each program?

Yes, whenever you join a program, you start from the very beginning. I have the ability to change your start date if you get sick, go o vacation etc. and miss a week.

 

How do I know which program is best for me?

Find one that aligns best with your goals depending on what you want to target, how many days you want to train and if your goal is strength or hypertrophy. You can switch at any time!

 

Do the programs end?

The only programs that last for a certain period of time are the ones that state how many weeks the programming is. For example, the 10-Week Quad Gains. If it does not state how many weeks the program is, it never ends as I am always programming more weeks.

Do I get to choose how many days I want to train per week?

Each program will say how many training days there are per week. You have the ability to move workouts around and delete them to create a training plan that fits your schedule.

What is the difference between the Glute Gains and Glute Transformation?

Glute Gains has 2 upper, 2 glute/hamstring and 1 quad day. Glute Transformation has 1 push, 1 pull, and 3 glute days, one with a bit of quad. So Glute Gains has a separate quad day where Glute Transformation does not. Glute Transformation is my newest programming that allows you to maximize recovery while training glutes 3x per week! 

 

Can I do multiple programs at once?

No. You can switch any time but you're only able to have 1 program in the app at a time.
