How much time do I need?

Most clients train 4–5 days per week, with sessions lasting 60–75 minutes.
Flexibility is built in, and programming is adjusted to fit your schedule, not the other way around.

Is this just another workout program?

No, this is full individualized 1:1 coaching. Your training, nutrition, and targets are adjusted based on your experience on your experience level, goals, lifestyle, and how your body actually responds over time.
