Every time I look at my previous weights/reps I wonder how I'm going to do just a bit better on this workout since I remember the weights/reps being challenging. But to my surprise, I can (almost) always better than last time. I know I've said it before, but your workouts really have so much knowledge an thought behind them and it makes it so easy on the body but challenging at the same time. I don't know if that makes sense but you probably understand what I mean. I seriously look forward to the workouts and am not dying from being sore!
